Key Responsibilities 

Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn

Build and scale campaigns using structured account frameworks (campaign segmentation, funnel stages, audience layering)

Conduct deep keyword research and search intent mapping to improve lead quality and reduce wasted spend

Design and test audience strategies including retargeting, lookalikes, exclusions, and funnel-based cohorts

Implement and audit conversion tracking using UTM frameworks, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels

Analyze performance at a granular level (campaign, ad set, creative, keyword) to improve CPL, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates

Identify scaling opportunities and make budget allocation decisions based on performance and business goals

Build and maintain automated performance dashboards in Google Sheets for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Translate data into clear insights and action items, not just reports

Lead creative testing by defining hypotheses, test structures, and success metrics in collaboration with design and content teams

Monitor competitors’ ad strategies, offers, and messaging to inform campaign optimization

Proactively flag tracking gaps, funnel leaks, or quality issues and recommend solutions

Stay updated with platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formats—and test them when relevant
